Demolition Services
Premier demolition services require a balance of heavy-duty power and surgical precision to ensure a site is cleared safely. Our crew specializes in structural demolition for projects that demand the removal of entire buildings or complex frameworks. We don't just tear things down; we provide a complete solution including site clearing and hauling so your lot is ready for the next phase immediately. From large industrial sites to tight residential lots, we are the prime demolition choice in Southern Utah.
Residential and Commercial Demolition
Tearing down a structure is only the first step in a successful redevelopment project. At Creative Excavating, we handle residential and commercial demolition with a focus on safety and local code compliance. Our team is highly experienced in safe structure dismantling, ensuring that neighboring properties and existing utilities remain undisturbed throughout the process.
We go beyond the teardown by providing expert wall excavation and foundation removal. Once the main structure is gone, we perform thorough concrete removal to clear away old footings, driveways, and pads. Our goal is to leave you with a clean slate, managing the entire logistical headache of debris management and site preparation so you can focus on building.
Effective site prep after a teardown often requires excavation and backfilling to level the ground. We use precision backfill excavation to fill in old basement holes or utility trenches, ensuring the soil is compacted and ready for new structural loads. Whether you are clearing a single house or a massive commercial complex, our demolition services St George Utah provide the professional start your project deserves.
Telegraph Towers
Telegraph Towers was a challenge, thanks to BA Robinson for doing a great job of putting a building together. It was nerve wracking because we weren’t quite sure how this building was going to come down, it was hard because the building is on a main road and could crash a car, or could go the other direction and fall on the operator. James Jessop is very good at operating and was able to observe the building as he was tearing into the wall on how to take it down. He grabbed pieces one at a time and held them as they fell. It was crazy to see the wall bend so far back and not even break, it was like a flimsy board. Having an audience across the street sure makes you sweat making sure everything goes right, it was like putting on a demolition show for the community. This wall took about 5 hours to rip down.
